Klazz in the top 5 of the EdTech Startup Contest in Abu Dhabi

Klazz, the language travel startup that I co-founded, was selected as a finalist in the top 5 of over 800 startups EdTech Innovation Startup Contests 2018 elected in Abu Dhabi. The final pitches will take place on December 12, 2018 at Krypto Labs in Abu Dhabi.
The EdTech Innovation Startup Competition 2018 highlights the importance of technology in the context of education while focusing on the importance of artificial intelligence for the positive impact of existing education ecosystems.
Since the application process opened in August 2018, Krypto Labs has received more than 800 applications from 58 countries. Startups from the United Arab Emirates, the United States, Canada, Germany, France, India, Singapore and Kenya applied, with some participants coming from prestigious universities such as Duke University, John Hopkins University and Stanford University.
Dr. Saleh Al Hashemi, Managing Director of Krypto Labs, said: "I would like to congratulate the top five finalists who stood out from a large number of applicants with ideas that have the potential to touch a million lives and improve the education industry."
